I love back to the future. I was in New York today and I went to the musical adaptation of back to the future on Broadway and it was super fun. I did fall asleep a little during act 1 but that was on me and not on the musical, I haven’t been sleeping nearly enough.

Gonna recommend a great brasilian Amazon Prime series. Its name is Novo Cangaço. Its a Great Crime Drama with a lot of heists and ita set on the countryside of Ceará, my home state. Fully recommend it! ❤❤❤

So cool to watch people's excitement with movies from the 80's. I think most people miss the part in the future where the Doc tell Marty Griff had bionic implants so it affect him.

Trivia note: During the hoverboard chase scene, when the stunt doubles of the 4 teens crashed into the Courthouse, the female blonde stunt double actually got seriously injured from the glass & the fall, so she sued the studio & won a sum of money for her injuries.

The Alternate 1985 Biff is based on Donald Trump from around the time this movie was made. Take that however you want. Also, if you haven't already, look of the comic mini series "Biff To The Future" which shows what Biff did after he was given the almanac by his future self & created the Alternate 1985.

It's amazing how many things Back To The Future 2 actually did get right about life in 2015; drones, hoverboards, entirely CGI films, pointless sequels, 80s nostalgia, smart phones, fingerprint identification, flat screen TVs, watching multiple channels on 1 tv at once, face time calling, robot servers at restaurants, self tying shows (though they only exist because of this film), A.I. in machines, & The Chicago Cubs winning The World Series (although, they were 1 year off with that 1).

The Awakener (2018) is a superhero brazilian film very good one and also the assailant (2009)

Originally Back to the Future was supposed to have a standalone movie, there was never planning on making sequels, it was the studio that wanted the sequels. The producers said “If we knew going to make sequels, they never would have Jennifer get in the car. Because they had her asleep most of the time.

One thing I never noticed, and it’s so simple, 2015 Marty had a flat screen TV, which did not have exist in the 80’s. It’s so completely normal now I forgot how futuristic it was in the 80’s.

Biff, old Biff, ancient Biff, and Griff are the same actor (Tom Wilson). Marty, old Marty, Marty Jr., and Marlene (the daughter) are all the same actor (Michael J Fox) lol. I'm so glad you are into these films - my dad showed them to me when I was a kid and they became my all time favourites throughout my entire childhood 😂. I was lucky enough to go on the Back to the Future ride at Universal before they closed it down.

This generation watches certified classic movies with an attitude as if the filmmaker made it to impress so 20 something year old in 2024. No one from the 1980s needs or wants the approval of gen z. I guess 30 plus years in the future 20 year olds will be impressed by the movies of today.

Oh yes, you will want to see parts 2 and 3. It's really the best movie trilogy ever!!

gonna leave Heleno as a recommendation here. mostly cause my football team is central to this movie, but it's great all around, and tells the story about the first brazilian popstar player in the 40s, and how he went mad. Rodrigo Santoro is brilliant there

I loved your reaction! This is my favorite movie and trilogy! I've also watched your reactions to Challengers and Society of the Snow, and really enjoyed them! I have a recommendation to make, it's a documentary called "Still: a Michael j Fox movie" about the life of Michael j Fox, the actor who portrays Marty McFly in this movie. It came out last year and so far nobody on youtube has reacted to it, and I think you would make a great reaction to it! If you decide not to though I understand. I will say I recommend you watch it regardless, whether you film a reaction to it or not, since it is an incredibly underrated documentary.
